The Two Purposes of Suppression Lists
Enrich existing leads
Upload a CSV of websites, emails, or contact names to automatically pull additional company data and contact details for records you already own. Turn a partial list into a fully enriched dataset without manual lookups.
Exclude from fresh searches
Enable the Suppress toggle on a suppression list filter to remove those contacts from your search results automatically. Any contact matching the uploaded list is filtered out, keeping your pipeline free of duplicates and existing customers.
You can upload up to 10,000 records per CSV suppression list (for email and website lists). Contact name lists also support up to 10,000 records. For smaller datasets, you can type entries directly into the text box (up to 1,000 entries without a CSV).
Types of Suppression Lists
Clodura AI supports three suppression list types, each designed for a different kind of data:| Type | File Requirements | Typical Use |
|---|---|---|
| Email Suppression | CSV of email addresses | Exclude or enrich by email identity |
| Website Suppression | CSV of domain/website URLs | Exclude or enrich by company domain |
| Contact Name Suppression | CSV with First Name, Last Name, Company Name (and optional Designation) | Exclude or enrich by individual identity |
