Clodura.AI’s CRM integration lets you move prospect data — contacts and their associated companies — directly into your existing CRM without ever downloading a CSV file. Once you connect a CRM, an Export to CRM button appears in your search results and saved-contact views, so you can push records to your pipeline in just a few clicks. There is no automatic background sync: data moves only when you explicitly select contacts or companies and trigger the export. This keeps you in full control of what enters your CRM and when, preventing accidental bulk imports.
Clodura.AI currently supports seven CRM platforms: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Freshsales, Insightly, and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Integration with any other CRM is not supported at this time.

How CRM Integration Works

Every CRM integration in Clodura.AI follows the same three-phase setup pattern, regardless of which platform you use:

Connect / Authorize

Provide your credentials — either via OAuth 2.0 (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) or by pasting an API key and domain (Pipedrive, Freshsales, Insightly). Clodura.AI establishes and verifies the connection, then shows a green Connected status on the integration card.

Map Fields

Open the Mapping modal and align Clodura.AI source fields (Company Name, First Name, Email, etc.) with the corresponding destination fields in your CRM. Mapping covers both Company Fields and Contact Fields (and, where applicable, Lead Fields). No two Clodura.AI fields may be mapped to the same destination field.

Enable the Integration

Flip the Enable toggle on the CRM card to activate data exports. You can turn it off at any time to pause the integration without losing your settings.

Accessing CRM Integration Settings

Navigate to Settings → CRM Integration in the Clodura.AI platform. Each supported CRM appears as a card showing its current status (Connected or Disconnected) and the available action buttons (Authorize / Setting, Mapping, Enable toggle).
If you are already logged into your CRM in the same browser session, OAuth-based integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) may skip the login screen and proceed directly to the permissions-grant page, speeding up the setup.

Pushing Contacts and Companies to Your CRM

After enabling an integration, the export workflow is identical across all supported CRMs:
  1. Run a people or company search in Clodura.AI.
  2. Select one or more contacts using the checkboxes in the results grid.
  3. Click Export To CRM.
  4. In the export modal, choose the record owner (the CRM user assigned to the new records) and — for Salesforce and Zoho — choose whether to create Contacts or Leads.
  5. Click Ok to start the transfer.
Once the export completes, Clodura.AI sends you both an in-app notification and an email notification confirming the successful transfer. You can verify the records appear in your CRM immediately after.
Exporting the same contacts multiple times only counts as a single download-credit usage. However, to avoid cluttering your CRM with duplicates, use the Exclude Exported Contacts filter in Clodura.AI’s advanced search before triggering another export.

Supported CRM Integrations

HubSpot

Connect via OAuth 2.0. Map company and contact fields, then push records directly from People Search into your HubSpot contacts and companies.

Salesforce

Connect via OAuth 2.0 (Sales Cloud). Export prospects as Contacts or Leads alongside their associated Account records.

Pipedrive

Connect with your Personal API Token. Push contacts and their organization data into Pipedrive’s people and organization modules.

Zoho CRM

Connect via OAuth 2.0. Export prospects as Contacts or Leads, with full company mapping to Zoho account records.

Freshsales

Connect with your API Key and Domain URL. Push contacts and companies directly into your Freshsales (Freshworks CRM) account.

Additional Supported CRMs

Two further CRM platforms are available in Settings → CRM Integration but do not have dedicated setup guides on this site. Follow the same three-phase pattern (API Configuration → Field Mapping → Enable) for each.

Insightly

Connect using your Insightly API Key and API URL (e.g., https://api.na1.insightly.com/v3.1/). Map company and contact fields, enable the toggle, then export from People Search as usual.

Microsoft Dynamics 365

Available in the CRM Integration settings. Contact Clodura.AI support if you need assistance configuring your Dynamics 365 connection.

CallPilot: Built-In Calling Integration

In addition to CRM integrations, Clodura.AI offers CallPilot — a built-in calling feature that lets you dial unlocked prospects directly from the platform without switching to a separate dialer.
CallPilot is available to Prospect Pro plan users. The plan includes 100 calling credits (minutes) and one configurable phone number. Calls can currently be made to the US and Canada.
Key CallPilot capabilities:
  • Make calls to unlocked prospects from the Search Contacts or Saved Contacts pages.
  • Record calls automatically (auto-recording is on by default; you can disable it).
  • Log call dispositions after each call (e.g., Interested, Not Interested, Meeting Scheduled, Voicemail).
  • Review call history and recordings under Outreach → CallPilot in the navigation bar.
  • Purchase additional minutes via Settings → Manage Billing → Top Up Call Minutes. Minutes are sold in blocks of 100 (minimum 500), at $0.10/min (USD) or ₹8.50/min (INR).

CRM Integration FAQs

Clodura.AI supports seven CRM platforms: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Freshsales, Insightly, and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Integration with other CRM systems is not currently supported.
No. There is no background sync or automatic data flow. You must explicitly select contacts or companies in Clodura.AI and click Export To CRM to transfer records. This ensures you always control what goes into your CRM.
No. Exporting the same contact to CSV or CRM multiple times only counts as a single download-credit usage, as long as the contact has not been deleted from your My Contacts tab.
Custom field mapping is not supported. You can only map the predefined Clodura.AI source fields (Company Name, First Name, Last Name, Email, Job Title, LinkedIn URL, etc.) to the available destination fields in your CRM.
