Each task on the list corresponds to a core feature of the platform and awards you credits the moment you complete it. How to Refer a Friend

Your unique referral link is available in the Rewards section of your Clodura dashboard. Share it via email, LinkedIn, or any channel you prefer. When your friend signs up using your link, both of you receive bonus credits immediately.

Eligibility Rules

Before sharing your link, check that the referral will qualify:
  • Your friend must be a new customer — they must sign up with a professional company email from an organisation that is not already a Clodura customer.
  • You cannot refer a colleague who shares the same email domain as you.
  • The referral program is open to users on the Free Forever, Max, and Pay-As-You-Go plans.

You earn rewards in two stages:

Flat Sign-Up Reward

Receive 150 Clodura credits for every new user who signs up with your referral link, as long as they are from a different company.

Percentage Purchase Reward

Earn 10% of your friend’s first purchase if they remain on a paid plan for at least two months. Payment is sent approximately 45 days after their purchase. The reward is capped at $1,000 per referral.

Referral Program Rules

The percentage-based reward is paid approximately 45 days after your friend’s first purchase. This window ensures the purchase is not reversed before the reward is issued.
If your referred friend receives a full refund within the first month of their purchase, you will not receive the percentage reward for that transaction. The flat 150-credit sign-up reward is unaffected by refunds.
Your cash reward per referral is capped at **1,000∗∗,regardlessofthesizeofyourfriend′spurchase.Forexample,ifafriendsubscribestoaplanworth1,000**, regardless of the size of your friend's purchase. For example, if a friend subscribes to a plan worth 15,000, your reward is 1,000—not1,000 — not 1,500.
Clodura reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time. Participants will be notified via email or a notice on the website. Any fraudulent activity or misuse of the program — including self-referrals or creating fictitious accounts — will result in immediate disqualification.
The referral program is available in all countries where Clodura operates.
