Where to Access AI Writer
AI Writer is available across multiple areas of the Clodura.AI platform, so you can use it wherever you are composing or editing email content: • Sequence — Email Phase: When setting up or editing an email step within a sequence. • Qwik Mail: When composing a quick one-off email directly from the platform. • Template Creation: When creating or editing a template in the Templates module (Outreach → Template). • Navigation Bar: Accessible directly from the top navigation bar for quick access at any point. AI Writer is available both during initial composition and while editing existing content, ensuring flexibility at every stage of your workflow.How to Use AI Writer
- Fill in all required input fields in the AI Writer panel — Type of Email, Tone, Email Size, Main Offering, Industry Type, and Contact Seniority are essential.
- Optionally add Sub Offering, Call to Action, Link for Call to Action, and Special Instructions to further refine the output.
- Click Generate. AI Writer will produce a complete email draft based on your inputs and populate it into the Template Content area.
- Review the generated content. You can edit it manually, regenerate by clicking Generate again, or Reset all fields to start fresh.
AI Writer Input Fields
The AI Writer panel consists of the following configurable input fields. Each field helps the AI understand your intent and generate more targeted, relevant email content.Type of Email
This field defines the category or purpose of the email you want to generate. Emails in this context are commonly referred to as triggered emails — messages sent based on a specific context, stage, or intent in the sales cycle. Selecting the right type ensures the AI generates content with the appropriate objective and framing.First Touch
First Touch
The very first email sent to a prospect. Used for introductions, brand awareness, or initiating a new conversation. Sets the tone for the entire outreach.
Follow-Up
Follow-Up
A subsequent message that continues an ongoing conversation. Used to keep the dialogue going, respond to previous interactions, or gently nudge a non-responsive prospect.
