Company Search gives you a dedicated view of Clodura AI’s account database, where every record is a company rather than an individual contact. You apply filters on the left panel to target accounts by their firmographics, financials, technology stack, or buying signals, then work with the matching results on the right. Clicking any company name takes you to a full Company Profile page that aggregates financials, technographics, org chart, job postings, news, and buyer intent signals in one place. You can also enrich an existing CSV of companies to fill in missing contact and company data.
1

Open the Search menu

Click Search in the top navigation bar.
2

Select Company Search

Use the dropdown at the top of the People Search panel and switch to Company Search, or navigate directly via the platform’s primary left-side navigation.
3

Switch between views

The dropdown also lets you access Recent Searches and Saved Searches without re-entering your filter criteria.

Overview Statistics

The top bar above the table shows four counters:
CounterWhat it shows
AllTotal database companies matching current filters
Saved CompaniesCompanies you have explicitly saved
RestrictedCompanies you have blocked from appearing in outreach
SelectedRecords currently checked for bulk action

Saved Companies View

Click Saved Companies in the top bar to see only your saved accounts. This view adds a Date Added column and exposes additional bulk actions: Export, Restrict (add to blocklist), Add to Group, Manage Group, and Delete. Within the Saved Companies filter panel you also gain access to advanced filters:
  • Groups — filter your saved list by a custom group label.
  • Include Added From LinkedIn — toggle to include or exclude records sourced via the LinkedIn extension.
  • Exclude Exported Companies — hide companies you have already downloaded.
  • Exclude CRM Companies — suppress accounts already in your integrated CRM.
  • Filter Companies By Add Date — narrow by when accounts were saved.

Restricted Companies View

The Restricted view shows companies on your blocklist. Restricted companies do not appear in normal searches, and the system will not send emails to contacts at those companies. Use the Remove From Restricted bulk action to restore any company to normal visibility.

Company Profile Page

Clicking a company name opens its full profile. The page is available to both free and paid users, though certain sections are blurred for free accounts.
Paid users get full access to Trends, unlimited Org Chart views (per plan limits), Company Structure details, and complete Financial Data. Free users can view the Overview section but will see blurred charts and an Upgrade prompt for premium sections.

Profile Sections

The Overview provides an immediate snapshot of the company, including:
  • Name, logo, and description
  • Ticker code, founding year, industry, and specialties
  • Website, headquarters location, and all office locations on a map
  • Revenue range, company size, verticals, and SIC code
  • General contact emails (info, support, recruit, sales, HR) and board-line numbers
Clickable highlights within the Overview navigate you directly to the corresponding detailed section below.
The Financials section gives a comprehensive view of the company’s financial health:
  • Revenue / Revenue Range — year-on-year revenue data
  • Funding & Investment Timeline — year-wise funding history including round type (Series A, Seed, etc.), funding amounts, and last funding year
  • Corporate Actions — acquisitions, subsidiaries, mergers, and exits
  • Key Investment Entities — investors who have funded the company, and companies the company has invested in
Breaks down the company’s annual spending on technology and software by business function, with year-over-year charts. Use this to understand a company’s tech budget priorities before crafting your pitch.
Displays a full employee breakdown with:
  • Numeric counts by seniority level (C-level, VP, Director, Manager, Non-manager) and function
  • A searchable employee table filterable by department
  • Direct actions per employee: unlock email, unlock full details, or add to a list or cadence

  • Press releases and public announcements
  • Job postings by top management
  • Publicly available sources
  • Identified technology pain points
  • Hiring trend graphs by location, technology, and function

Profile Actions

Three buttons at the top of every Company Profile page:
  • Share — copies a shareable link to the profile.
  • Save — adds the company to your Company Radar (Saved Companies tab).
  • Suggest Edit / Report Information Incorrect — submits a correction request for inaccurate data via a validated form; you receive confirmation when updates are applied.

CSV Enrichment

If you already have a list of companies or contacts in a spreadsheet, the CSV Enrichment tool fills in missing verified emails, phone numbers, and company-level data.
1

Go to Enrichment

Navigate to the Enrichment section and click Enrich CSV to open the enrichment wizard.
2

Choose what to enrich

Select from three enrichment types — you can pick one or all three:
Enrichment TypeCredit CostWhat You Get
Email Address1–10 creditsVerified primary email addresses
Phone Number10–20 creditsDirect lines and mobile numbers
Company EnrichFreeDeep company-level data
3

Upload your CSV

Download the Sample File to verify your format, then upload your CSV. Use company name or domain for company data; use standard LinkedIn profile URLs (not Sales Navigator links) for contact-level enrichment.
4

Map your columns

Match your CSV headers to the corresponding platform fields. The Accuracy Bar at the bottom guides you: a LinkedIn URL gives the highest accuracy, first name + last name + email gives moderate accuracy, and name or domain alone gives low accuracy.
5

Track progress

Your enrichment job appears in the Contact List dashboard with a visual progress bar. Filter jobs by All, Completed, Running, or Paused. Real-time status labels show Completed, Pending, or Pending — Insufficient Credits for each row.
6

Download results

When enrichment is 100% complete, a download link becomes available in the dashboard and Clodura sends you an email notification with a direct download link.
Use regular LinkedIn profile URLs in your CSV — Sales Navigator links are not supported for enrichment uploads.
Company Enrich is always free. If you only need company-level firmographic data added to your CSV, select only that option and the enrichment runs at no credit cost.
